Please be advised the swimming pools at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach will be undergoing renovations commencing August 28th, 2023.

During the renovation project, one pool at a time will be closed during the following timelines:

Adult Pool (Ewa Tower): August 28th, 2023 - December 8th, 2023 (Re-opening December 9th, 2023)
Family Pool (Diamond Head Tower): January 8th, 2024 - April 26th, 2024 (Re-opening April 27th, 2024)

Work will be conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and through the renovation project there will be intermittent noise throughout the day. The Hotel's team will take every possible measure in ensuring our guest’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

During the festive holiday season, both pools will be open and available for all guests to enjoy between December 9th, 2023 to January 7th, 2024.

This project is anticipated to be completed by April 26th, 2024.

Guests can continue to enjoy all the services and facilities available at the hotel during their stay as the hotel will continue to operate.

Complimentary aluminum water bottles are now provided as a welcome amenity for all guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. The resort has under-sink water purification system in all hotel guest rooms and suites. Additionally, there are also multiple refill stations throughout the public areas of our resort.

With the installation, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach becomes the first and only hotel in Waikiki to offer this amenity for all guests to enjoy purified water directly from the tap in the comfort of their own residence.
